Since his retirement from the UFC, former lightweight king, Khabib Nurmagomedov has been quite busy, now coaching former teammates such as Islam Makhachev, as well as promoting his own fight organization, Eagle Fighting Championship (Eagle FC). Eagle FC has recently signed several former UFC and Bellator fighters such as Junior Cigano Dos Santos, Hector Lombard, Diego Sanchez and Kevin Lee. Ahead of their next main event, Eagle FC announced a major partnership with Saitama, a community driven crypto currency token that recently developed their own decentralized wallet. This is going to be an interesting journey for Eagle FC and Saitama as they are both full of momentum as well as very new to their industries. More than likely Eagle FC will bring more investors into Saitama, and Saitama will bring more eyes onto the Eagle FC events. Sounds like a win for both organizations.
