I recently got my hands on a pair of black, Standard Series 16Oz boxing gloves from Elite Sports, and I must admit I was very impressed! When I first opened the box and laid eyes on this gear, it was love at first site. I absolutely love the design; these gloves have a unique look which separates them from the rest. You’ll be less likely to mix-up, or misplace them because they pop, and look a lot cooler than all the other brands in the gym. Without a doubt, the best looking pair of gloves I’ve ever owned, but the real question is, are they durable? Hell yes! Not only are they durable, but they’re also extremely comfortable upon impact. Strapping them on was as easy as can be when it comes to putting on a pair of boxing gloves. I started training hard right away and the gloves held a solid grip around my hands. I was able to really get loose, practicing all my power strikes on the heavy bag, without feeling any pain in my wrists or knuckles. After a long training session, which ended in a pool of my own sweat, my hands felt amazing, and the gloves looked untouched! The protection I felt along with the comfort behind each strike, was in a class of its own. These gloves get 5 out of 5 stars on every category; by far the best pair of boxing gloves money can buy. I’ve trained with many of the old school popular brands for years, but from now on, I’ll be getting all my combat sports gear from Elite Sports!
