UFC Heavyweight Champion, Stipe Miocic, 19W 3L, recently posted on his social media “The time has come. Who’s ready!? #SM”. It’s been almost a year since the heavyweight king has been back inside the octagon after suffering a torn retina from the win against Daniel Cormier, 22W 2L 1NC, in 2019. Not to mention the COVID-19 pandemic hasn’t made things easy for a lot of MMA fighters, especially Stipe, who also happens to be a firefighter paramedic in Ohio. Many heavyweights, especially Cormier, who’s been waiting for a rematch, were criticizing Stipe for not picking a date or signing a bout agreement.
