The Master a/k/a 3 Evil Masters, is a tale of redemption from a martial arts master, Jin Tien-yun (Chen Kuan-tai) who seeks refuge after getting injured and escaping from a battle with 3 evil masters. The injured master barely makes it to a local town and receives help from a young charismatic martial arts student (Chiang Lin) that saves his life. The master teaches the student his kung fu while giving him lessons on the 3 evil masters that tried to kill him. The student would eventually learn the master’s style of kung fu, then go after the 3 evil masters, hunting them down killing each one by one. From start to finish this is one of the most entertaining martial arts films ever made. A must have flick for a genuine enthusiast of martial arts films, this one gets 5 out of 5 stars.
