One of the UFC’s lightweight prospects, Drew Dober, is smiling his way through victory, as he starts to climb his way up the 155 lb rankings. I’m sure cage fighting can be a nerve wrecking experience, especially during a worldwide pandemic, however Drew Dober is still all smiles all the time. With an MMA record of 23W 9L 1NC, and wining 8 out of his last 10 fights, it’s possible Dober might be that prime example on how walking with harmony can attract abundance with success. Born in 1988, Dober started off learning Muay Thai as a teenager, and also joined the wrestling team for his junior and senior years in high school. He ended up becoming a two-time Amateur National Champion in Muay Thai, then ventured into MMA where he accumulated 9 straight wins as an amateur. Dober is also a purple belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu under Ed Shobe. By 2012, Dober eventually found his way into season 15 of The Ultimate Fighter, in which he lost the entry round fight. He made is official UFC debut in 2013 as a substitute on The Ultimate Fighter Finally 15, in which he lost by unanimous decision. Dober’s last fight was at UFC Fight Night Jacksonville, on May 13, 2020. He went up against Alexander the Great Hernandez for a stand up war in which he finished Alex inside the 2nd round by TKO from punches. From the staredown, to the walkout, to the fight and post victory speech Dober keeps a smile from ear to ear. Award winning attitude and composure for best male athlete in a cage fight. Did i mention he looks like a European super model I’m sure J.Lo’s trolling during her alone time? Just check out his Instagram, the guy wreaks with flawless physical attributes but chooses to rely on his ability. A positive influence to those who follow him, Drew Dober is definitely someone we all should be paying close attention too.
